Processing time
Every piece is quality-checked and carefully packed before it leaves us. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates
We charge a flat $8.99 USD standard shipping rate per order. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on our store are in US dollars; if you shop in another currency, the converted amount is shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Orders ship from international fulfillment centers and are routed to the location closest to you. Most orders arrive within the following times (business days, including processing):
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 3–8 business days
- European Union: 4–11 business days
- Rest of world: 4–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, customs processing and carrier delays can add extra time.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. Please include a phone number at checkout, as carriers and customs may need it to deliver your order.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
